Alpha Resource Oy operates as a recruitment partner for its clients in executive search, assessments and other human resources consulting tasks. Alpha Resource Oy only collects, processes and stores personal information that is directly relevant to the recruitment process or its consulting assignments. In their operations, Alpha Resource Oy complies with all currently valid legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU. By voluntarily taking part in the recruitment processes that we carry out for our clients, the persons accept the processing of their personal information in accordance with this data protection statement.

Alpha Resource Oy collects data that allows Alpha Resource Oy to support the recruitment processes of their clients to the best degree possible by mapping out the most suitable candidates for each task. Data are collected from the persons themselves during the use of our service. These data include e.g. the CV submitted by the person and information concerning the person received during telephone conversations, interviews and assessments. Alpha Resource Oy also collects publicly available information on persons during candidate mapping carried out during executive search. Such information sources include e.g. all information published by the persons themselves (LinkedIn profiles), appointment announcements, press releases, company web pages and vital records and registers. Alpha Resource Oy only stores personal information that is the most necessary and essential for the recruitment process.

Alpha Resource Oy is very serious about data protection in all their operations. All of the digital databases created and used by Alpha Resource Oy are located in the EU, on a well-protected server operated by our service provider. Personal information is only processed by Alpha Resource Oy employees who have signed a non-disclosure agreement and who possess user-specific user names and passwords for logging in. All temporary data printed out on paper will be destroyed as soon as possible into conform and compliant security containers located at our offices.

We do not hand over any personal information given to us by the persons themselves (e.g. CVs) to third parties without the person’s consent. The given consent is only valid for the application project for which it has been requested, and a new consent will be requested for other application projects. The person is entitled to review, modify and delete their information stored in our data register at any time. We store the personal information for no longer than is relevant for our customer processes (a maximum of two years), after which time the data will be systematically deleted from our system.

We use various technologies to collect and store Technical Data and other information when Users visit our website, including cookies. Cookies allow us to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting our website and monitor the use of the Services. This helps us to improve our Services and better serve our Users.
